LSU fans have been historically some of the most critical and negative fans in college sports. I don't know why but it has come back to haunt us in the past and will again. Saban is laughing his short arse off right now, becuase he knows the psyche of now famous castrophe syndrom.

I don't think Les is a good enough coach to compete with Saban year in and year out now that Saban has Bama at full strength. Some fans are satisfied coming in 2nd year after year. I am a risk taker. I want LSU to have high expectations like the supposed unrealistic Bama fans do. Yet Bama has just won 2 straight West Titles. I would rather pass up gauranteed 8-9 wins a year for actually winning a West or SEC Title. True we may get burned but you can't live life scared to make a mistake or paralyzed by fear. It is OK for the LSU fans to expect LSU to actually compete for West Titles.

its called frustration...it happens...we all love LSU or we wouldnt be here...i along with many others have spent a lot of time and money on our great program...its frustrating to see one man tear it down after the hard work it took to build it up...nothing would get done if we just pumped sunshine all the time...the ad would never fire miles if we all thought everything was "ok"....its not reality...
we were 5-0 last year...look what happened....everyone is predicting the same this year...EVERYONE!...if we didnt jump miles and crowton's arse nothing would happen, we would see the same product year in and year out...they are not driven people...we've seen this the last three years...I dont know about you but I dont want a coach thats not self-driven and diciplined...Miles fakes it and we all know that he's milking that NT for all its worth...

if this group you allude to are actual LSU fans (as opposed to deviant jokesters from other schools), there is no way you, me or anyone can change their mind about this coach and they feel it is their "mission" to whine so loud and so often that the administration will fire miles and then they have "accomplished" their mission. in general, this fan segment is closed minded, the majority are very young, have probably not experienced much life yet and act like little spoiled cry-babies. they also have a hell of a lot of time to post on here so much which means they probably don't have a job, pay any taxes nor have much of a social life. I'm sure this doesn't apply to all of what is called the negatigers, but i'll bet it applies to many of those that post so much. and yes, they are enemies of lsu football because they do want us to lose for their own selfish reasons. in any regard, they definately seem to view lsu as their professional team as oppossed to being a team that represents a university.

its sad to see a man being paid 4 million a year to lead our great program that has already fullfiled his own dreams and now just wants to kick his feet up and say "frick it all"
he's quite content where he is...leader of a major university football team...great recruiting base, great facilites, his own radio show, great pay, and a one school state, (he doesnt have to compete for instate recruits)...he's got it made and he knows it...
if he wants to do that pay him about 50g a year...cause right now, the state and TAF are getting robbed...
we should have a highly competitve, self driven, sharp coaching staff for the money that we are paying him and his staff and the tools at their disposal..
