re: Archie Manning refers to Lane Kiffin as "narcissist jerk"

Back in the '60's MS kids went to Ole Miss or MS State. Bama kids to AL or AU and LA kids to LSU.

The rivalry was intense. It was about state pride. Archie hates LSU as most likely Casanova hates Ole Miss or AL. It's just the way it is. I remember the big news when Billy Cannon's son went to TAM. That doesn't happen. Well Billy had a little legal problem at the time and maybe that was the problem.

At any rate Archie broke our hearts in '68 and '69 and we hated him and Ole Miss. when Archie"couldn't score with a broken bone" game came around in '70 we paid he and Ole Miss back. Ole Miss has never been the same since that night in TS.

Now Ole Miss still hates us and to them it's a rivalry but to LSU the Rebels are more like Tulane. We should win every year and I'm sure the stats since 1970 show that. They hate LSU just because they know they can't compete with LSU and Kiffin just confirmed it again.

That has Archie well remembering 1970. You don't forget those events. You know what I mean if you are over 40 and reflect back to your late teens, early 20's. Old grandpa just reminiscing. Geaux Tigers. Go to Hell Ole Miss and Bama won't you bite my arse.
