Please re-read the statistics in the LSUSports.net article. Statistically, Miles as a coach has produced the best run ever in the history of LSU football. You can't measure success against perfection. Salaries have increased and Miles should be paid teh going rate for a coach of his caliber.

Saban has two championships in the last 3 years, and is going for #3 out of 4 this year.

But keep touting les record

So what? Get off Saban's crotch.

Fans aren't allowed to recognize how great a job Miles has done here because Saban is experiencing a fluke run of success that only happens every 30 years or so in college football?

The first problem is there is no leadership at LSU. No President. No Chancellor. No CFO.

Basically no direction. I know Athletics is a separate entity but usually the Chancellor/President has some say.

I can't beleive mighty LSU let Les Miles hold them hostage using Arkansas as the big threat. And LSU paid up!

And Arkansas is still eating Petrino's crippled dick.

Choctaw,

You don't have a problem with les using a rumor to leverage more money from lsu?

Les keeps doing this and frankly it's annoying and disrespectful.

I'm not certain how it's good for LSU that we now have to pay more money for our coach than we did three days ago?

Fluke?
2/3 years isn't a fluke, and 3/4 certainly isn't

I'm not going to comment on something that hasn't happened yet. But yeah it's a fluke when you play for a national championship despite not winning your own conference. That's as much of a fluke as you'll see in college football.

Worse than Bama fans defending it is LSU fans defending it. How freaking sad is that lol.
