step by step with us? this is just a post where youll slap it on the rant IF your guys HAPPEN to accidentally win. i understand man, sand bag the subject....throw a line out there. and we never hear from you again after regulation ends. 'cept maybe "i give your team respect, good game....we hung in there for a 1/4" or some bs like that. good luck

When was the last time you enjoyed victory? 2007?

Washington over LSU wouldn't nearly be as big as those. So, just keep in mind, our Huskies will be ready, and with all the trouble and question marks with your team, don't be surprised if we're step for step with you for the majority of the game.
I hope your boys play great football—after Sept. 5. The PAC-10 was a lot more interesting back when the Huskies were a factor. With Sarkasian as coach, I'm sure you'll be back in the near future. And speaking of upsets, why not save it for USC—have Locker run all over the Trojans.

Are you comparing the 2009 Washington team to the 2008 Utah team?

utah was a perfect storm. they had a perfect record just like you, last year, except for one little difference.

I think you will be saying what GT coach did after our game last year....We were in it until the kickoff....

That is why they play the game, 'cause on paper this looks like a wipeout.

That was the App. State rallying cry before their Death Valley beatdown last year--I seriously starting worrying that some of their players wouldn't get back up from the violent hits the Tiger D was dishing out.

We laugh in SEC Land that ol' Petey is almost always good for a toe-stubbing or two.

No serious LSU fan goes into a road game with no concern for the opponent. As for trouble & question marks, my read is that UW has more of those than LSU. The Tigers' bad seasons are 8-5, not 0-12.

I agree, but LSU isn't Michigan or USC, either. I've been warning the overly optimistic LSU fans about the challenges that an underrated but dangerous UW presents, at home.
I think the forecast of rain is relatively neutral. I have no question that UW only has about 10 players that would even be on the 2-deep at LSU. However, UW is a BCS opponent, with great traditions. Your team has just fallen on hard times of late. If LSU shows up and executes at 85% of potential or better, UW has no chance. The sheer number of large, fast, skilled football players is a little shocking and sometimes overwhelming to non-SEC teams. It doesn't guarantee victory, but it is certainly a significant advantage for (the top tier) SEC teams.
But that's why the score starts at 0-0 and that's why we play the game.
As you say, "Anything can happen..."

Do you know something LSU fans don't regarding the LSU team & all their troubles?

First off, you ain't Utah & we ain't bumma. Secondly, I think Utah had a bit more motivation, proving they belonged in the BCS, than your huskies have against LSU. Although a win for the huskies is something that they haven't been used to seeing too recently, maybe you guys will be motivated. There is HUGE difference between being motivated & being "step for step".
Personally, I hope it is a good game. I hope the huskies are MUCH improved & I hope they go on to do great things this season, always helps your BCS rankings when teams you beat have a winning record!

Great post Washington fan. Wouldn't be as big of an upset as Stanford/USC....no shite. You would need Charleston Southern to beat Florida to top that 41 point upset. As far as Michigan/App state goes...the App state fans brought that up repeatedly last year when we played them...until it was 31-0 at halftime.
What is this "trouble" we are having. Blowing out a top 15 team in a bowl game, bringing in the top recruiting class in the country and hiring a top tier Defensive staff seem to be positive things my book ...I wouldn't quite say thats trouble. 0-12..that sounds like trouble.
We are a national championship caliber program that had a very dissapointing year. Our boys have a chip on their shoulder and are out to prove to the nation the Tigers are back. I think we just might be ready to play too UW football guru.

this is worse than the crap we had to hear from app state fans - at least they were half-way decent.

I can't believe these washington d-bags have the nerve to post here.

At least they WON a game the year before. Actually won a NC but no need to get picky.
