So youre ok with him cussing and screaming at your 11-13 year old kid and embarrasing himself and his players and setting great examples by acting an arse and getting ejected from games?!
They will run thru a wall for him because if they dont he will probably smash them thru it himself!

Meh, my coach did the same thing when I was playing in 6th and 7th grade, except he was yelling at me for not being able to get a bunt down.
I didn't like it at the time, but I also 'had a want' to improve my bunting to prevent him cussing me out in front of everyone again. It made me a better player and I'm thankful for him being so hard on me. He was a real good guy, but had a very short temper, especially coming off of shift work. Ill take back implying he would physically abuse his players but he does verbally abuse them and is an arse

Sorry Tigamike - you didn't imply it, you said it.
There is more than one way to skin a cat and we basically disagree on the proper method. Russ can be a little rough around the edges, but in the end he is effective and is a great teacher. In over 60 games the last 2 years, I have never seen him cross the line with any of his players. There is always a method to the madness.
