I just got this email ab the Clemson Champions Tailgate.

4 hours of open bar/buffet/private restroom and premium viewing spot for the Tiger Walk for (only) $150. Seems like a pretty good deal. Could do some serious damage to.an open bar in 4hrs. Would be funny for us to take over.

My crew is considering picking up tickets and heading that way after watching Texas/OSU.

Also its limited to 225 guests so it wont be a cluster frick

What say you, LSU baws?

No, Downtown Clemson. Greenville is a 45+ minute drive to Clemson. Downtown Clemson is basically the campus and a 15-20 minute walk to the stadium. There is a Walk-Ons Restaurant there. It’s fairly small though.

Thank you sir.!

I hear the Hall of Fame sports bar was huge in Greenville?

You’re not getting Old Fashions in that place. Jack and Coke will be as complicated as it gets.

Guess I’ll make do. My group of 4 will be in town Friday morning. Any cool Clemson sports bars? We like to talk ball with the locals.

Esso club is a laid back sports bar with spacious patio and good wings. Probably your best bet for chill sports bar vibe to mix it up with locals. Cheap beer too from what ive read.

Wherever you can find. Clemson doesn't really do parking. I've been looking for off campus shuttle services and haven't had much luck.

As far as nostalgic bars that every Clemson student frequents I’d say Tiger Town Tavern and TDs. Both are downtown and have been around for years. The ESSO Club for sure closer to game time. It’s near the stadium. If you expect to be served food there I’d be there before 3pm.

Thanks for the info. I reached out to Brad at 1tigerparking (link earlier in the thread) got 2 spots at $80 each within walking distance of the stadium! They also allow tailgating at your spot (nothing large) and have restrooms. Most other lots in the area run $50-$100 per spotz so $80 is worth it for a reserved spot. You can take your chances with the Newspring or Seneca Meadow free lot, or with another paid lot as well. I want to have a spot reserved, however, so it is worth the money to me

FYI, Clemson allows fans to leave the stadium during the game and come back in after halftime. So if you have a tailgate close to the stadium you can meet back up during halftime.

We will get into Clemson around lunch Friday. Let’s do a bar take over Friday night!

I thought I read on TigerNet that is ending this year. With alcohol sales no need for this anymore ts a huge security issue

Ive suggested Esso club. Its a chill laid back vibe with big patio and good wings.

If you're looking for more lively and younger crowd its got to be College Ave in downtown Clemson we will probably hit that up Thursday night (leaning to TD'S)

Friday is gonna be more chill and will want to call it an early night (midnight or so) in prep for Saturday

My group should be good with Esso club if that’s the meet up spot. You have 10 correct Honkus?

The reason I posted about it is that I just read a statement from Clemson confirming it’s still allowed.

Thanks. It seems a little sketchy in 2025 to allow this but im sure the donors in those close lots raised hell.

Yes tigerclaw we got a solid 10-12 Friday with more coming in day of the game.

Land in Greenville at 1:15pm Friday. Staying at a hotel in Seneca, which is about 15 minutes from the stadium.

Definitely checking out ESSO Friday night.

Still not sure about Saturday. Maybe ESSO again to watch Texas OSU.
