If you sit in the upper deck - compared to the upper decks of Tiger Stadium - UGA's sits way too far back away from the field.

Also, plan to wait forever in line at the concession stand - I think there were only 2 for the entire upper deck.

my sister went to UGA, so I have been there frequently, stadium is nice, my seats were in UGA's student section every time so no help there. as far as parking, it all depends on where you want to tailgate. The north side of campus is similiar to Ole Miss tailgating, lots of red pants and stuck up folks, but it is also the side of the campus where downtown is, ans downtown Athens is by far and away the best collection of college bars anywhere in the country. When I go there, I park downtown, because I usually go out after. The south side of campus doesn't have any bars or resteraunts around, but it is where you will find the RV lots and the rowdier Georgia fans, parking on this side of campus is pretty easy to come by, but it does cost you

I have been multiple times, including games in which LSU wasn't even playing because I have family that went there so I go to a game a year or so. So I've been to games against GTech, Bama, Tenn, and of course LSU.

I've always had the benefit of not sitting in the upper upper deck so it's nice. I think the stadium is very cool with the road. It's not as intense as TS, but it's a nice atmosphere for a big game. I think their tailgating is a bit weak, because there is a lot of focus on people staying at their fraternity houses or going downtown before the game, which doesn't make for great tailgating IMO.

I'm making the trip this year and I'm going to sit in the LSU section hopefully so if that puts me up in the clouds then so be it. Should be a fun weekend.
