UCLA did not out play us. We gave them the game with 2 unearned runs

Umm they made us pay for the errors we commited. They made no errors and pitched well. Sounds like they outplayed us.

LOLWUT....did they kick the ball all over the field?...wait that was us.

Did they swing at terrible pitches all night trying to hit it to Lincoln?...wait that was us.

Did they get the runners across the plate when they had to?....yep one thing they did do that we didn't.

I mean if you want to say that LSU is better than UCLA regardless of the loss go ahead that is your progative (although very gump-ish). However, any sane person that watched that game knows that UCLA outplayed LSU last night.

this format makes it very tough if you last that first game. Winners of the first game may only have to play 5 games to win it all where as if you lose the first and win the rest you will have to play 7. Tough on pitching for sure. That said LSU has the deepest pitching staff there. The bats have to come alive or it will be 2 and que!

I am still confident that we will win it all.

The current format of the CWS makes depth more important than it's ever been before. We've still got the deepest team.

While it sucks that a tremendous performance by Nola was wasted, LSU has the personnel to win this even when their ace gets beat in game 1.

Most of the other teams could not overcome a set back like this. We can, and we will.

North Carolina has been a crew of posers this entire year. They didn't just get beat - they got hammered. The can't have much confidence going into their next game.

LSU knows the better team lost last night. We'll send NC home, then, beat the winner's bracket team twice, as they will not have the pitching to stay in this for a long tourney.

Tigers will win it.

our side of the braket

UNC (hasn't lost two straight all year, going to be tough to beat them)

UCLA (has one of the best pitching staffs in the tourney, we got a good one to, but its hard to beat a team like this twice)

NCstate (if they beat UCLA I don't think anyone can beat them twice because rodon will pitch the if necessary game and they will likely win.)

I say if we beat UNC tomorrow we get to friday and lose that one or saturday.
