football is in the 4th quarter, and will be over sooner than I want?
I just live for college football.
Nothing else matches it for me. That first weekend when there are more college basketball games on TV than football just bums me out.
It's comin'.

Except for the years like now when we still have meaningful games and significant things to play for..."Championships"

Not at all. Love college basketball just as much as college football.

Time seems to pass a lot quicker from September through November than any other 3 month stretch of the year and it's not close.

I totally do.

Biggest reason I stayed awake for the entire game last night....

THEN I remember it's just one step closer to baseball season.

Rewind one year and the basketball season was more than welcome to end the football misery.

Yes, big time. If they would outlaw basketball this would not happen.

I used to live for LSU baseball more than Football. Now I am into both.

LSU men’s basketball used to interest me 30-40 years ago. It’s apparent though that LSU mens basketball will never reach BlueBlood status in my lifetime. Dale had me believing for a lot of my teenage and early adult years though. That’s what a good salesman does.

I’m not even keeping up with mens NCAA basketball this season. It doesn’t move me anymore that lsu is irrelevant.

I listen to the college football themes for the broadcast networks often during the spring and summer. It'll be back before you know it.

I love LSU basketball.
Except for three returning players, everyone is new including the head coach.
There will be some growing pains, but there is some talent on this squad.
Give those guys a shot and support the team and Coach McMahon.
Those kids play hard and I find the games to be entertaining and fun.
Geaux Tigers!
