I love how we fought till the end. We fought like it was life or death. Seriously. Even our freshman Mason Taylor had victory at all cost on our mind.

This is going to pay off big as we go forward this season.

Yeah, the further we get away from the game, I appreciate it more. I loved the comeback. Almost stole victory from defeat. I won’t miss a snap this season. Can’t wait to see the progression.

Neither of the last two football teams we’ve had could’ve ever come close to pulling off that 99 yards drive. Let’s hope that turned on the light. Because it was the only time in the game that they finally looked very well coached.

Cheers to that. We will fix this and rise to prominence again soon.

I keep reminding myself that help is on the way. Just look at that recruiting class. Sometimes even the best players don't adjust well to a coaching change (Boutte), but when BK gets his players here, no doubt they'll all buy in. I know, "Next Year U," but I can't wait to see how improved they are by year 2.

As painfully ugly as it was, it felt like LSU football again.

I get what you are saying, and do think they are very well coached. Keep in mind coaching and scheme may be able to cover one or two deficiencies here and there, but there are a couple large holes on this team. Only way to take care of those is time (recruiting) and the players/coaches growing together as a team.
This year, and maybe next, will have highs and lows. As fans, all we can do is enjoy the highs and support them through the lows.

I may be reaching too far ahead, but I'm already looking forward to giving FSU payback in Orlando, the band had better be playing neck

The defense stopped them at least twice when FSU had first and goal.

Agreed, well said. Let’s just enjoy the damn fact we can watch some football. My grandfather was the biggest tiger fan I know. He passed away in 1996 right before our hay day. When I start to overreact I just think about him and all the years he struggled supporting this team but always stayed faithful. I always plan to do the same.
