This is the first I have read about this. I tell you what I don't like about this and it happens in most of these cases. They put the accusations out there and release the names of all of the men accused but list the victim as Jane Doe, to protect her identity. IMO they should not release the names of any of these people until there is a convictions.

I hate the way college students talk.
The part that I am unsure of, is the 7 guys named all took part in the alleged rape, or were they just all in the group chat.

Yup, if she is in fact on record saying she wasn't forced for any of the drugs, booze or sex, she's fricked for both civil and criminal. They'll still charge the guys though to make it appear they did something.

Seeing as how she reported it 2 years ago when it happened, I doubt that's the case. I would wager that she may have had consensual sex with the first guy. Then the guy started inviting his frat bros in, and the girl was so drunk/high that she wasn't in a position or even coherent enough to really fight back and say no.
