Now that football is here this is where they have been the biggest thorn in our side.

I would imagine that in order to fix them they need enough rope to make a noose with the new AD.

It takes time to make big changes like you’re envisioning as you can’t really just roll in and fire someone for being too good at their job. It took Saban 3 full years to get BB moved to the ticket office. I don’t think it will take that long but I do think you’ll see “promotions” or retirements coming in the next academic calendar or so.
