An interesting point made by the OP. What happens is if an opponent can keep it close in the 4th quarter, they know they have a chance. The more you make Miles think and make decisions the better the other teams chances are to pull out the game. Wasted timeouts, stupid penalties and horrendous clock management are hallmarks of our team under Miles. Half our schedule every year are rent a wins and cupcakes. I am talking about the real competitive games. For the money, I believe we can find someone to do better.
