I went to my first LSU football game against North Texas in 2005, I was 8 years old
I was also a huge App State fan when I was younger so any help is appreciated

Curious, why were you a huge app state fan? That’s pretty random

honestly, I used to love the small schools and that year we played App State they won their 1st of 3 championships, so I became a huge fan
Then in 2007, they beat Michigan which put them on the map
So between 2005-2009 App State was #2 behind LSU
I actually ended up going to the VERY HOT game in 2008 against them

I was at both of those games. LF7 having a career day against Auburn in 2015 made that one slightly more tolerable IMO.

I was 11 so I wasn’t paying attention but it was so hot I was ready to leave at half

That 87 yard run by Fournette vs SCe in ‘15 was also a thing of beauty. I remember thinking Guice is special and will be the the next great LSU back because he was ripping off runs as well.

I’m curious to see what is the hottest night game in Tiger Stadium of all time. I would have to say that Monday night Tennessee 2005 game would be up there.

i wasn't at that one, but have been to a few misearble night games.
i still say App St. in '08 ; an 11:00 am kickoff in AUGUST was probably the worst overall (yeah i see where you said worst night game)

2017 Auburn was the hottest October home game in history. Was in the mid-90s at kickoff. 1st half was miserable because it was hot and they were kicking our ass. Luckily, I stuck it out and got to witness us come back for the win, largely thanks to the punt return TD by DJ Chark.

that might be the one i'm thinking of.
i went to both of those games, and know it was somewhere in that time frame.
