The fans that bitched about Cholly Mac (137-59-7) were rewarded with Jerry Stovall (22-21-2). The fans that bitched about Mike Archer got Curley Hallman (16-28). Be careful what you wish for.

The real fans were here before Orgeron. They are also here through the bad times O has dragged us into. They don't disappear when things get bad, and they will still be here when O is gone.

I wonder why you didn’t mention getting rid of Stovall for Arnsparger Hallman for DiNardo or DiNardo for Saban?

As a program, we are not below average and we haven’t been for 2 decades. The problem with young LSU fans is that they have been spoiled by 3 national championships and expect to be in contention every single year. That’s just not realistic. Last year’s circumstances were unprecedented and you can’t look at this season in a vacuum.
I live in Miami where the U won 5 national championships between 1983 and 2001. They were also ranked #1 at one point and finished in the top 3 during 5 other seasons in that 19 year window. They haven’t won shite since 2003. NEVER, have I seen the vitriol and hate for a Miami coach like LSU fans have for Orgeron and Miles before him.
