Thompson does have something like a .400 on base percentage and JJ is a big offensive guy..so he’s probably not going anywhere.

Just as long as we are all clear. One error equals one base runner. He's done this 13 times in 40+ games. So that's like killing us. Makes sense. Rant is gonna rant.

Jordan Thompson has been fielding ground balls and making the throw over to first his whole life.
I have to think, at this point, his miseries in the field are all in his dome.
Maybe a hypnotist would help? A sports shrink?

What's interesting about the count is that Thompson had 15 errors last season, but on a much higher po/assist count.
92 put outs, 133 assists, 15 errors last year.
38 put outs, 68 assists, 13 errors so far this year.
That would be equivalent to almost 25 errors last year.

It also equals more ABs for the other team and more pitches for the pitchers. Don’t act like the errors aren’t a problem
