That's an interesting (and negative) way of looking at it.
Why do you see the facts of his coaching history on the axis of bashing/praising? It's neither. It's on the truth/fiction axis. No one is bashing him when they talk about his past because the conversation doesn't even exist on that plane. They're just telling the truth and that's it.
Now if I were to say he's a horrible coach, then you'd have a case. That's not a truth, it's an opinion and can be considered bashing.

He accused somebody else of being Derek a little bit ago. You have to assume that there are other's that he's accusing as well yet other people have mental issues not him.

Nah. This is his last HC job in power-5 CFB. He either competes for NCs here eventually or is never taken seriously again IMO. I don't see anything in between happening at his age.
