I asked a very fair question. If winning games begins and ends with talent, and our coach is really nothing than a steward that supplies the talent, how do we beat teams who have just as much or more talent? Just leave it to chance?
I don't know why you've chosen to plant this "talent is all that matters" flag. Too many examples in history that disprove it. Really, that's how the good coaches prove themselves; they take an equally or lesser talented squad and beat a more talented squad.

Well your reading comprehension sucks. A good part of running a program is motivating players and eliminating mistakes.
However on gameday. The team with the better talent probably wins 80% of the time, just on talent.
