You do remember we had to score with 1:30 sec left to seal the deal. Cuz if we punt the ball on our last drive, their last drive probably sends it into OT.

in your opinion, do you think jarrett lee would have scored more points against washinton with the same playcalling?

Did you not watch the game? How did you miss the unbelievable amount of 3-and-outs are offense produced?

did you watch the o-line?

they were beaten off the snap nearly every play

did you watch the playcalling?

3rd and 11, and we run a 5 yard comeback route?

?

he had a very open offense, with gundy as his o-coordinator.

now, with crowton as his o-coordonator, who has a background of running creative open offenses, we're running 3 yards and a cloud of dust with 5-10 yard strikes?

It just doesn't make any sense.

Could the reason be SEC Defenses? I know UW isn't SEC, neither is a list of schools we've played close against with Crowton & Miles, but maybe the strength of the conference limits creativity.

I know, ideally you want those types of minds to beat out the solid Ds. Just trying to rationalize...

Yes, and I never once thought that we were in danger of losing that game.

How did you miss the fact that the playbook was never even opened for the game.

you're talking about robbobb?

he doesn't think jefferson is smart enough for the coaches to open the play book, even though we saw the coaches open it up for the chick fil a bowl.

I just chalk it up to it being the first game of the season and playing it safe on the road against a pac - 10 team.

Now that we're back on topic, you explain why the playbook is so limited? We have a history of wide open coaches. 2007 was a record offensive yr. We finishec the yr on a high note. And have an off season to prep. Wheres the problem?

Keep in mind Miles has already called out one offensive player for not knowing where to be.

I haven't re-watched the game in a while, but I seem to remember a very limited set of plays until the game was out of reach.

I was referring to Jefferson
quote:

On the conservative play calling...

“I don’t think conservative was the issue. There were some calls there that we didn’t get the opportunity to execute based on the communications. Some of it was certainly the stadium that we were in and some of it was the youth at quarterback. Early on there were some things we wanted to have happen that didn’t work quite as it was planned.”

It's not hypothetical. The comparison exists right now. And I'm actually not debating, I'm genuinely curious. I'm asking you so that you can try and convince me of your point of view. Otherwise, you're just trying to flame and talking out of your arse.

I'm flaming if I dont want feel the need to present a case to mighty Baloo about UF 08's yards and number of RBs with 5 TDs on the season versus LSU 07's yards and number of WRs with public school backgrounds somehow proving that Miles is not putting his hand in the LSU offense? Nice. I can see why that Ipod was so important to you now.
