It’s his lack of leadership and the fact that he does not raise his game to meet the moment in critical situations for me.

I’ve known several D-1 players that get out of high school as all-stars only to flop at the collegiate level due solely to the ferocity of contact. The fear of pain is real and can’t be “untaught”. It takes a certain streak of insanity to not care about getting hit with the ferocity of today’s D-1 athlete. Burrow and Daniel’s had that X-Insane factor. Not sure Nuss has it.

Is that the reason Joe and now Jayden are missing games due to injuries.
Joe didn't play today, and Jaydons first game back.
Does anyone know when Nuss was injured? Was it in a game or practice?
