The people who have been nothing but pathetic pessimists running the team down the last 6 months are not allowed to jump back on the bandwagon now. You can't bitch, moan, and complain all summer and now act like you are happy about us winning when you subverted the creation of a winning culture the whole time. You know who you are.

Sigh. Nobody has even been proven right or wrong yet. Lsu looked good, not great. They still have a long way to go to be competitive in the SEC schedule. They need to improve in alot of areas or it will definitely be a long season. In season coaching/game planning is something that is extremely important and we have no idea if Orgeron can consistently do that. People beating their chest over this win remind me of TAMU fans under Sumlin.

Man this is sad. Are you happier that LSU won or that you got to make a thread calling out other LSU fans? You realize that even the biggest O skeptics thought we’d win this one and win 8-10 games this year right? Enjoy the W. We clearly outplayed a good opponent and played largely mistake free football, for a season opener with a lot of uncertainty coming in. Big game on the plains in two weeks. Geaux Tigers

I think we all knew there would a big overreaction after this game, win or lose. It’s a big win and one that makes me more confident for the season than I was, but we’ve got 11 games and 8 SEC games to go.

It’s so funny that the ones saying this was a NY6 Bowl team are the ones who are “haters” while those that said we couldn’t be expected to compete against this schedule are the “good fans”.

I'm happy for both. I always thought we would win. Anyone who shite all over the team and staff cannot enjoy us winning. No bandwagon fans.
