The dude has some of the quickest hands i've seen from an LSU hitter in a long time. His swing is very similar to A Rod's

Ronnie Rance said on the tv game Sunday that he had met AB's dad earlier in the season. His dad was quoted as saying AB & he had toured most of the baseball powers on the West Coast, as well as Ariz. State & UT. However, his dad did not accompany him for his recruiting visit to LSU. The dad, an atty, got a phone call & said AB had told him he had found his team; loved the passion of LSU fans, the facilities, and the coaching staff. After that he shut down his recruiting & took PM's offer.

No kidding he is special. He is an awesome player. He will hit for plenty of power before he leaves LSU, he just hasn't hit for a ton yet. I think he will end up hitting more homeruns than Katz did last year and is doing this year.
