the timing of these games seems to set up nicely for LSU to have their new coach (And it seems hard for them to royally screw up 2 hires in a row as the job should almost sell itself) in place and established. If giving yourself the most opportunity to win was the most important consideration it seems like FSU’s admin would have opted for a 1 off neutral site game as soon as possible, instead of giving them plenty of time to right their ship. It would almost serve FSU’s admin and fanbase right if LSU by the time these games are played is a frigging Bama/UGA level juggernaut who crushes our hopes for the season in the opening week.

It's hard to schedule 6 years out. I remember thinking the UCLA series would be good.

So the infatuation with the red scum continues on trant. I laugh at oohlala fans with the penis envy about LSU. Many here seem to have it with the red scum. Disappointing

I feel like a team that plays LSU's SEC schedule every year has enough top 10 teams already. Alabama has two challenging games each year - Auburn and LSU. LSU has three each year. Bama should schedule OSU, Oklahoma, Texas or someone similar.

Remember in 1975 we scheduled Florida State to play 5 straight home games starting in 1979. Seminoles had gone 0-11 in 1973 and 1-10 in 1974. Boy, those were 5 "rent a wins" if I ever saw them.
