The GA fans that were saying "best reciever in the SEC are" WRONG. Dude is good don't get me wrong but the not best. Julio is WAYYY better(he's AMAZING after the catch), TT and BL are both right at his heels.

I think Green is better after watching both.

I dont see Julio cheat to make himself better.. I see AJ do it on almost every play.. Seriously the guy is grabbing the DB on literally every play.. SO what if he gets away with it now.. It doesnt not mean he is a super WR when he gets catches while cheating. He has just been around long enough to know how to do it and has the name to get the officials to look the other way. He is a very good WR but I havent seen any really amazing catches where he flat out didnt cheat to make the catch. Julio will be a potential top 5 pick. AJ wont get picked higher than LaFell.

True...I noticed that when Hawkins was trying to go up to knock the ball down on the TD , AJ was all over his back leaning forward denying Hawkins a chance to jump...

you don't watch uga ever obviously. AJ WILL get picked higher than lafell. the only correct thing you said is that julio will be a top 5 pick.

here's the TD today. putting hands on someone's back does not mean it is pushing. go to about 1:40. no push at all.

My best friend is a Georgia grad and we watch them all the time actually.. Honestly I dont see him doing much in the NFL. Im serious the guy needs to cheat to make himself look good. If that works in college fine but NFL wise I dont see him making it unless he learns to create separation without pushing off.. You can quote me on that. At this level he requires a push off to get himself open and he is very lucky for not getting the officials on the other side.

Dont understand your head slap since its pretty commone knowledge that LaFell is regarded as a higher pick than Green. Oh BTW he had his hands on the DB's SHOULDERS.. That is actually PI no matter how much you want to argue.

I loved Jerry Rice as a kid but that dude was an artist. He pushed off all of the time.

Jerry Rice? Are you serious Jerry Rice was all about breaking in and out of cuts he was not a push off artist not even close. Go look at video of him! You might mean Michael Irvin..... Now there is a guy who did things that if DB did to him would have immediately been flagged. If Michael Irvin wasnt allowed to blatantly push off on almost every reception he ever made he would have had zero career.

Even the announcers commented on Greene's reputation for pushing off.

I agree but Josh Reed did a lot of that as well.

As another poster said "reputation and skill" will get let you get away with it.

AJ Green is pretty much literally the best player on the field everytime he steps onto
you really think aj green would start at lsu over tolliver and lafell? i don't think so. he's very good but he's not better than either of them. tolliver is much better than green after the catch and he's #2 at lsu

maybe. lafell has been said to be #1 receiver taken in the draft. so, green has his work cut out for him to beat that.
