I'm sure they are. It's like $200 for the system. Take the pads out the helmet, install the hoses and motor, put the pads back in. Not much to it..

From what I recall, it's a Louisiana company and LSU is the first to use but other universities including SEC schools have since placed orders.

Tigerair, a Baton Rouge based company is who LSU used. I believe it was patented by them.
