Just for the record, Alabama and their sense of entitlement diminished the SEC championship, not a poster on Tiger Rant.
And just so you know I have a sense of humor, would OSU have been better than Bama if they had not lost in overtime? Would Bama have been the better team even if OSU was undefeated? Is it the record or the team? What works best for your wonderfully crafted argument?

I don't think there will be a media backlash. What attention is given will be to LSU for the days following. Soon the USC and Bama hype will begin in full for 2012.
I think many casual fans outside SEC country already have a backlash against Bama. People simply don't have a lot of interest in the game, and that's a shame considering what LSU has done this year.
