And Miles might still be HC. Most of you remember Chark’s Catch in end zone but officials ruled time had expired. On Sunday morning, Miles was fired. I kind of miss him.

While we're at it, let's add the 20 seconds Miles let run off while the offense tied it's shoes earlier in the drive.

The Miles firing was years overdue. You could see the writing on the wall long before his firing.

However, hindsight being 20/20, I would rather have Miles than Orgeron.

Just wish Miles could have gotten out of his own way with the offense.

Forget that, I'd take O over Miles given the trajectory the team was headed on. We would have started to enter into what UT dealt with by keeping Mac Brown around too long.

he would have been fired later in the season. but it would have probably prevented O from being head coach.

LSU seems to have a history of 'near-hits' instead of near-misses.

Saban wanted out of the NFL and perhaps he would have returned to LSU had Miles not had a nice year in 2006. This is pure speculation and who knows if Saban would have stayed for as long as he has at Bama.

We seemingly had Jimbo in 2015, until that catastrophe.

Then, of course, there is Bo Rein, a coach everyone had very high hopes for.

The funny thing is, had he made it through the 2016 season, he definitely would have been fired if he had the same season Orgeron did last year. Yet some on here act like Orgeron had a good year last year.

Yea, getting prison raped by State and then losing to Troy was a lot of fun and definitely changed our program's trajectory for the better.

Les wins a minimum of 10 last year, most likely 11.

I agree. I can hear it now. Les wins 10 games in 2017 and the rant is filled with threads stating that any idiot could win 10 games at LSU with a loaded roster.
