Also for Adam, one question no one is asking... how long will Dunn be around here? He already has experience as a MLB bullpen coach and Minor League Pitching Director. Plus he coached at Auburn IIRC. Its only a matter of time before some floundering big conference school takes a chance on him. Maybe 2-3 years here to get re-acclimated to recruiting and the college game then off?

Alan Dunn definitely has the resume to land a top notch job elsewhere in the country ala Terry Rooney.

However it's always good news when assistant coaches are wanted for head coaching positions...it screams out that they're the best at what they do.

Until Alabama fires Gaspard and Dunn gets hired back at where he played in college.

I know this is a distinct possibility. But Alabama has deep pockets and could payto get a guy that's already a head coach with a proven record of success. So it may not be a given that when they rightfully fire Gaspard that Dunn is the target.

I could see McDonald at Louisville (former Bianco asst.) or Strickland at Kent St (former GaTech asst and has a good track record prior to making Omaha). I could even see them making a run at Schlossnagle at TCU. They have the money, it's just if they choose to spend it.

Bregman has some pop for a little guy. Hopefully that carries over to the college game.

Any chance that Yocom or one of the outfield recruits gets rehabilitated as a backup for 3B?

I guess Katz will be the backup for 1B, and we can survive without getting a backup for Moore until after 2013.

Bregman excites me. Simple and easy to the ball.

Small possibility. I could see Rhymes moving over to 2B and Bregman to 3B for a season if nobody can take over the hot corner. Don't see it happening though.

Baseball is over. In the infamous words of a previous LSU coach "It's time to move on".

Usually personal info that's not leaked publicly will get whacked.
