Hard to have an offensive line to succeed when you have a head coach who wants to run an I formation/ProStyle offense and you bring an offensive line coach who teaches zone blocking/spread offense technique..
You can zone block in a prostyle system. I don't know where people get that you can't.

I mean, I get what you're saying, but I still call bullshite. 17 of 21 plays to start the game were running plays? You have a freshman QB making his first road start, so do you put him in the gun, let him make some quick throws, get a little confidence and rhythm? Nope. Power I.
IMHO, the coaching staff let Harris down. If they were worried about his confidence, then they did not give him a chance for success with that gameplan.
If Les is hell bent on running this offense without adapting to personnel, then put McGee in as QB and run the Wildcat. It'll be more effective than Harris/Jennings.

why did we let two pro-style QB's get away
Because we couldn't offer them more money in the offseason?
Kids are going to do what kids want to do. Miles couldn't imprison the two and keep them from moving on.
