I agree, you bring someone like Wade back or someone high energy (Bucky McMillan) that fires up the donor base and gets them spending like they did on football for 25, that offsets what you spend to fire McMahon and hire a new coach quite easily. That said, I don't disagree with the premise that you apply all those funds to the transfer portal and a good high school class for 25-26 (especially since we didn't do well in the portal for 24-25 outside of Cam Carter) but we already know how McMahon performed Year 1 when he got us a top 25 HS class and a top transfer class and we bottomed out in SEC play, it likely won't change.
