Agreed. But he's also a honey badger. So... 2 forced turnovers and I don't know how many tackles (I lost count), seems like he can back it up a bit. But I would like him to be a bit more humble. Let his play speak for itself a bit more.

The dick you referenced (Mathieu) was the difference in the game. He is a playmaker. Deal with it.

If Matthieu is a dick, and left a bad taste in your mouth, maybe it's time you shut your mouth.

A few of my observations in response to your observations...

1. I didn't care for our defensive game plan, but Chavis chose to play coverage instead of pressure and gave up the underneath to prevent the long pass. So, congrats that Geno took what we gave him.

2. You guys didn't just turn it over. We took it, on at least a couple of plays. And we made those special teams plays.

3. If you didn't expect solid O, you haven't been watching Lee, Ware, Ford, Beckham and Randle up to now.

4. It did get tight at one point, but all that matters is where the score stands in the end. We are battle tested in the best conference in college football. We sure as heck don't sweat being in a tight spot playing a team in any other conference.

5. The dagger should have been the TD pass Randle dropped. We could and should have had put more on you guys. But a 26-point margin on someone else's field will suffice.

6. If Matthieu was talking smack, maybe it's because of all the talk your receivers were making in the media this past week. But hopefully, they enjoyed padding their stats catching all that underneath stuff we were willingly giving up.

7. Not sure what you were referring to about last year. I did see a lot of holds not called on you guys tonight, as well as some other flagrant extra curricular activity your guys committed against ours that wasn't flagged.

This. Sweet Tap Dancing Christ, I thought I was going to spontaneously combust after seeing some of these no calls. Of course, I am biased and all, but still, some of it was just like: "Really? Seriously?"

this is why no one takes your fanbase seriously, you get blown out at your home field, and get on TD and talk about how your qb had 400 yards passing on 65 damn attempts. 65 attempts. yeah 65. is that a joke? GS should of had 6 turnovers, sorry one hit your reciever in the face. You want to play in the SEC? if this is the way wv fans handle a blowout loss, then i want nothing to do with your titty baby program, this is why you play in the declining east, and, are the laughing stock of college football. wasnt the first penalty of the game unsportsman like on WV? but TM7 is a thug bc he forced two turnovers and made your team even more of a joke. Good luck in the big least. hell, burn a couch, geno did throw for 400 yards. by the way, Lee had a better rating than Geno Smith

1) if the LSU D is as good as advertised, I REALLY like WVU's new offense.
Combination of a really good offense and a defense that had a big lead for much of the game playing pretty conservative. WVU often had bad field position and it seemed LSU was content to let them get a bunch of yards on short passes and wait for a mistake, which is where observation #2 comes in.

Remember that play where he knocked the ball in the air, intercepted it, and returned it to the 1? That was freakin' awesome! Or that play where he just took the ball from the WVU receiver? I loved it!

Admit TM7 was a little more over the top tonite versus previous games but he backs it up and how. Overall good effort from WVU and the comeback may help you guys somewhat going forward, as it will LSU to not let off the throttle some. Honestly, my issue was your coach, he GIVES the impression of being an total, reckless d*ck! I didn't appreciate him yelling across the field, "you bunch of MF's" clearly on t.v. when Brockers went down and needed two peep to help him off. The mounting injuries were clearly legit and his constant shaking of his head was bushleague...

Maybe he (TM7) was mad because of the Hurricane Katrina insults??????

Did you ever consider the x amount of dropped interceptions our DBs could have had?

Anyways, GG.

+1000. It is called Swagger baby. TM is the real deal and will play on Sundays in a few years. LSU is in the big boy conference. We win championships at LSU. IF West Virginia cannot handle the swag, then go form a conference with Ole miss and vanderbilt. TM backs it up so don't ever think you can frick with the Tigers bc we could have put half a hundred on your hillbilly arse tonight.

Hard to play defense when the offense is snapping the ball and throwing it in under 3 seconds normally.

You have the option of rush, get caught rushing for the big play. Or you can drop Line and LB, which is what Chavis did; taking away pass rushers and giving Geno longer time at times.

Geno Smith did pretty good tonight. Granted he was given a lot of opportunities. I knew WVU would throw the ball a lot, didn't know it would be that efficient.
