It's to pay for the extra security for both Head Coaches..

Depending on how that game goes...some nut could take one of them out..

I don't think we can really complain. I looked at getting tickets to go see A&M play this past season for me and girlfriend, and tickets to go see the Baylor game were $70 in the endzone.

I'd pay that if we could win that game.

But where does it end? Ticks are gonna go up $20 / year?

Maybe it's to fund the buyout.

would raise $12,800,000

Big games will have higher prices

The ULL/Vandys of the world will be lower priced

Get use to it. Don't like it don't pay, it'll be on TV anyway and most of you leave at halftime anyway

if people want to make a point, they won't buy that game ticket to watch us lose because of our poor coaching staff. But, that will never happen.

Yes they will. It's called "premium game pricing" which is/has been happening at other programs

Big time game will have a surcharge while the non bigtime's will be regular priced

That's not less. Less would be:

35-ULL/Tulane
50-Auburn/Arkansas
70-Alabama/Florida

It's my understanding that the total price for season ticket holders will not change due to the shuffling of costs for lesser games as mentioned on other posts. So, I have no problem with it. ALthough, it sucks for the individual game buyers.

They aren't lower priced, the premium is gouging. I'm cool with having Bama/Florida cost more, but ULL/ULM/Troy shouldn't be full priced.

I see no problem with this... I would pay $100-$200 to be at this game. $70 seems like a discount.

It's all about how you value your entertainment.

This is starting to get stupid in my opinion. i have 4 season tickets and proud alumni, but at what point does it almost become irresponisble to continue to pay more and more for tickets every year. what will it be in 5 years??? i most likely will sell my season ticket package [again]. i am reaching my threshold for what i consider a "value". especially to come down from Dallas to see this BS product we have been putting on the field.
