IF JJ kicked this guy, he needs to be reprimanded. What can you guys not understand that ? Are you mad that LSU probably won't win the NC this year bc of that. Is that fair to someone who was a victim of a crime ?
Somebody kicked this guy in the head. IF is was not JJ, then who the Frick was it ? Maybe JJ is innocent ? o.k ? frick me man, if JJ is guilty, he needs to be punished. I am sure you would not mind it if Mark Ingram was being charged last year at Alabama if this had occurred to him. People are hypocrits. When they have something on the line, then it is o.k, If JJ kicked this guy. If it is someone else, then by all means send him up the river and throw away the key. Being a mature person, means being objective and taking emotional ties out of the equation.

I said days that I thought it was a conflict of interest for all these guys to be represented by the same attorney. I was told to kill myself.

Unglesby is great. Don't know if anyone remembers the Rodney Peairs trial years ago (Japanese exchange student shot and killed). Unglesby defended him for free against on Doug Moreau, DA at the time. I was a juror. Unglesby made Moreau look like a first year law student.
