Don't know much about Jones, but I hope we can actually get the ink on the contract this time! Excited to move on and get ready for the season!

Looks like O is just trying to recreate 2019. Can't have Joe Brady, well, let's hire his protégé. Can't have Amanda, well, let's hire his protégé.... hope it works! Of course Jones wasn't the first choice (or second...or third...) but he looks like a great option. Hope he can have the same success he had in D2!

I would love another run like 2019! Here's hoping!

O didn’t like Aranda or his defense. Why would he want his protege?

Os theory that attacking 4-3s ala Miami 1987 or USC in early 2000s can combat modern spread famously blew up on him this year (in no small part because of his false bravado all last summer).

He all but admitted that was flawed, as well as admitted we got away from Brady’s offense in 2019 (which one could argue is fireable in and of itself).

Hope these hires can recreate what they are tasked with.

The lack of a true 4-3 D-line didn’t help. Not an excuse, but the D-line will be much more capable in 2021 and on.

I don't like the hire but I damn sure hope he is a success.

Maybe he realized what Aranda was doing is better than what he had in mind
