I'm all up for Speedy updating this.
I suggest:
first time we have been 7-0 since 1973
and
started 4-0 for 1 of only 10 times every.......the last time being 1987. Doc Felton has this satistic in his sig line.

This is hilarious. I was thinking earlier today that Speedy should revive this post with an update.
Then, I thought that I probably spend too much time here to be remembering a post from a couple of years ago chronicling Les Miles' success.
Amazing that others thought of it as well and amazing how much can change in a week.
