Yeah what happened there? I looked away for brief second and saw her flying and I gasped. I heard someone say her foot got caught.

I think her foot got caught and the male asst. coach tried to at least break her fall, but it could have been much worse. Thankfully she was ok!

As she was coming around on the high bar, her left foot clipped the low bar, slowing her swing, not allowing her to get the speed for the dismount

I think she also lost grip when coming around on the last swing
