This would be a huge hire. Craig is one of the top recruiters in the country, and coached QBs at FSU under Fisher.
He finished 4th this year in 247's Recruiter rankings, higher than any LSU coach.

Also read that he is an offensive genius. Great recruiter/coach that can help players and coaches bring a different philosophy on offense

It's somewhat hard to believe that he would leave his alma mater, where he is already a co-OC, to come to a division rival to simply coach WRs. He would only be making around $150,000 more than he is now (if that).
Could Cam be moving to a dedicated QB coaching role, while Craig comes in as the new OC/WR coach?

He could be made recruiting coordinator as well as WR coach... So that will boost his salary as well.
"Only".... If youre making $300K, an extra $150K is a pretty significant increase. $300K to $450K, yeah I would make that jump.

Only 150k more??? That's a big raise considering what position coaches make.

Cam still probably wants to be in the booth for games but BH seems to want him on the field. Could this be a compromise? Cam still in the booth but have Craig on the sidelines for BH and the WRs?
