Do I not see him loosing possession as he was in the process of taking a second step? Yes, I do.

It seems to me that the replay official in Birmingham should have called a halt to play to review it. After all, he bent over backwards to halt play to review the play where Delpit made the INT. The fumble ruled incomplete deserved to be reviewed just as much as the play where Mond's knee was ruled down after review.
