24 football roster numbers question

Does Javen Nicholas count as one of the scholarship players or is he still a walk on? I'm sure Damian Ramos is on scholly now that he's starting kicker, but was curious if anyone knew definitively on him as well.

I believe he is still a walk on but let me confirm real quick

All athletic scholarship money should just go into the NIL fund and we should do away with athletic scholarships. Can still distribute like scholarships, but the cap is stupid now that you can pay everyone.
