Good point...that's what really irks me about the great "deal" we were given with the Aggies...i.e. we get to disrupt our schedule by playing on Thanksgiving @ ATM and in return ? Alleva got us an open date before the return game on....Fri ?,Sat. nite...what exactly ?

So true...and I hope it doesn't eventually lead to the demise of our program. In the meantime...we get to suck on it!

Yeah, the SEC just signed one of the most lucrative TV deals in the history of college football. I think LSU will be ok. The days of home game revenue running the program are loooooooong gone. TV money is where it's at.

And I'm done hoping for home and home series with powerhouse schools. No good can come from it during the regular season.

It's so freaking sad that a sport as great as college football has created an environment where so many people are resigned to such a loser mentality as this.

Sadly, it is what it is. When every game counts and other teams are loading up their schedule with easy games it makes zero sense to be the school scheduling home and homes with top 10 teams.

Playing in Houston, College Station, and Dallas is great for me.

Btw, you can pay out your ticket invoice in May over 3 months: May, June, and July.
