LSU was too conservative on offense no doubt. But also, every time lsu started moving the ball the refs jumped on. Multiple horrible flags all against LSU. That PI on Doucet was not even the worst call.

As an overall game its pretty hard hitting.
But watch LSU vs Arizona the same year. Laron Landry, Pittman and Daniels would be arrested for some of the hits in that game. we brutally dominated them.
