I think in the future the year of "covid" will have an asterick and be ignored for records such as this. What I would also like to hear is our past record of wins if we didn't have any cancelled games that we would have surely won - I think McNeese is one of them a few years ago.

Had some epic parties during that time period. Tailgated at the southwest corner of the field house. Usually Friday evening till post game Saturday.

Yes the tailgating was the best part of game day for sure. You didn’t have to fight for spots as much, could claim your spot the night before with no problem. The city police always were in the same area’s and we became friends with ours, we could do as we pleased. I would always bring their favorite cold drinks and we would feed them, if we ever needed them they took care of us.
I had gotten season tickets when I was able to after I had left the Marine Corps, and even though LSU wasn’t that good it was a blast going to the games. Lot of great memories.
