Lol he was pretty good this year still a lot of technique to learn. He most definitely needs another year....some of you...wow

Just stop. You and I have a completely different definition of " balling out". I would say he was solid but needs more reps and more experience

3 star. We were his only Sec offer, but who wants to argue. I think he was rated around 38th best player in North Carolina

He finished top 10 on LSU single season sack list!! Yes, that is called "balling out"

He's a good player that I think Coach O can make great. I think it would benefit him greatly to return.
Also, Key made an impact at times, but it was down the stretch where he really started becoming a consistent playmaker. Bower also showed out in the bowl game. Neal will have a shot to play opposite of a playmaker who has had a year to mature, and should also benefit from what should be better depth through the middle to end of the season. Being in a larger rotation will keep him fresher and help him have more of an impact next season.

All Neal has is technique and strength. He doesn't have height and he doesn't have length and he doesn't have speed. He did what he did with technique and strength. U can always learn more technique. NFL greats will tell u that.

Neal will hate his decision when he's 30 (if it's true he is quitting LSU to try to be a camp body for an NFL team)

I will never fault someone for choosing to turn pro. Ever.
The practice squad minimum is enough to justify it.
Anyways, why don't y'all wait to bash the kid until there's an official announcement.

Neal going pro is unbelievable!!if he does go pro!not ready!!
have you ever thought about the scheme change we're implementing? Based on what Iv's seen, he doesn't fir very well in a 3-4 scheme. Not big enough to play end...Not fast enough to play LB.

Neal is graduating in summer. Didn't he play injured during the second half of season? Seem to remember him doing really well until an injury if I recall correctly.
Injuries caught up with key people during the November slide. I believe LaCouture, Godchaux, Beckwith, and now Harris was revealed. They simply played through it. Not having any depth is where that began to really hurt. Bower was also in and out.

I am really distressed reading the posts of people who are bashing Neal who played his butt off and was a class act (not like many who post in here) who have never likely played or made the sacrifices to make it this level.
Many of the gutless wonders who bashed him only work out their fingers on keyboard or wrists drinking at a spurts bar and would fall apart if put in the same situation.

This schtick is pretty tired. You're reading posts from mostly college kids and perpetual children. The whole point of the Tiger Rant is to discuss LSU athletics, and that often leads to unfairly harsh criticism.
If you really want to take everything so seriously on here I suggest you pop over to the OT to solve the world's problems one post at a time.

Just for the record Neal had more sacks this season than Danielle Hunter had in his three years at LSU Neal had 8.5 sacks in 2015 and led the team in that category. Hunter had 4.5 sacks in three years.

Neal really was a nice surprise this season. During the season the paper ran a really nice article about his work ethic in HS. Hopefully he sticks around to gain more experience, but I can't blame him for trying to make it in the league if he has a legit shot.

Anyone heard anything new on T. White. Guy on sports radio here in Mobile was just saying that the list of guys returning to school was almost as impressive as the ones leaving. Mentioned Ingram from Ole miss, RB from Wisky, and others then T. White. Not trying to break any news it just seems strange he would say that without true knowledge of it. Chuck Oliver show.
