Ya, thats it!!!! You Les Miles arse-kissers got it all figured out!!!!!

Nevermind that we went 7-5 and 8-4 the past 2 seasons after starting 4-0. Nevermind that our offense sucks donkey dick and Les is too goddamn stubborn to make any changes or try something different. Nevermind, that this team has underachieved the past two years. Nevermind the debacle at Ole Miss last season. Nevermind the lack of discipline on the team. NO, were 4-0!!! FTW!!!

8-4? really? you better check youre negatiger manpurse on that one. At no time in 2009 was LSU 8-4.

and nevemind that LSU has a losing bowl record without miles & then their is the small NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP thing...the first real, undisputed one, since 1958

Oh mr. wannabee elite: LSU before miles, had a grand total of 7 seasons in 112 years that you won 10 or more games.

0-6 against Florida, Alabama, and Ole Miss the sat two seasons.

0 trips to Atlanta for the SEC title game since 2007.

For those who hold up Meyer and Florida's record after their title leave out a few important points:

They did not have a losing in conference record
They have returned to Atlanta twice since that season
They have another BCS title

Ginger Blonde,

this is les miles' record against the above teams:

bama 3-2
ole miss 3-2
florida 2-3

hmm..why is nicholas of bammAr, 1-2 against florida? certainly his west virginia "pedigree" would allow further success? 33%? when does the firing "commence" in bammAr?

OK...let me make it relevant...Did Florida's fan's call for Myers Job after going 8-5 and losing to Michigan in a bowl game? With the defending Heisman Trophy winner?

He went 8-5. Very true. However, not with the defending Heisman winner. Tebow won the Heisman at the end of that year. Ironic that you call out my intelligence yet you had your facts wrong.

LSU fans would have snipped him.

Did he go 8-5 then 9-4? Refresh my memory on that one?

Nah, I believe it was 8-5, then 13-1. Two NCs in 3 years, right? 3 13-1 seasons in 4 years, correct? Please do not tell me that you will try and put Miles on the same planet as CUM. Any sane LSU fan should and would trade Miles for CUM in a heartbeat.

Oh, and find the posts where I am calling for Miles' head? Anywhere?

I am simply pointing out 15 HCs that have a better resume' than Miles had before he came to LSU.

Fact NOT wrong. The "defending" Heisman winner was in reference to Tebow having the Heisman trophy in the loss to Michigan. Not for the season.

Also, I am pretty sure we will not change each others minds. I think Les was a good hire and I like him. The QB position is such an important position it had to be hard for him to get rid of Perilloux.

Jefferson should be a red shirt sohpmore with ZERO starts or 4. Lee should have ZERO starts or 5.

We have the best team in the country except the QB position...and he has done a good job because at the end of the day...we are 4-0.

That's all. Have a good day.

grif82,
"Newsflash"
The guys over here the think that if the Longhorns lose to the Sooners that Mack Brown is a .500 coach over the last 6 games and he is a coach that needs to go. See how they used a part of his coaching career to get the stats they wanted. I see the stupidity bug is not only for Tiger fans. Go read the Austin news paper and you can find UT fans claiming they have the worst coach in college football.

Nice post, slackster. At least you attempted to establish an objective, consistent methodology for appraising coaching candidates.

Am I missing any other HCs that are not already at big time programs (Saban, Meyer, etc)?

Not a big time program, but check out the stats on Pat Fitzgerald at Northwestern.
