Now that the PMAC is open to the public before some games; after they march down the hill, they eventually go in the PMAC and then put on a very good show. I had 4 little girls, 5-10 yos, with me for the SE home game. It was hot and they were disappointed the band didn’t play Hold That Tiger by TS. We decided to go to the PMAC to cool off before the game and, low and behold, TGBFTL marched in and really put on a great show. I had four excited little girls in the A/C!

They have been coming down the hill 2hours prior to kick off for at least 30 years.

I've seen it a few times. The last time was near the stadium entrance. I sat down next to the stadium and fell asleep the entire time. I can seriously sleep through anything. But, I agree, its a long time till kickoff.

Not true. When I was in the band (2000s) we went into the PMAC for the pep rally first before the hill. Went straight into the stadium after the hill.

Not saying it wasn’t still a long wait until kickoff, but it was shorter than it is now.
