Nope... they invested too much money in Leavitt. He will be QB1 unless he gets hurt. Welcome to the new era off CFB.

I was thinking the same they have shown goal line packages with him exactly what happen with Trinidad. Slowly worked him in and as soon as they had a chance he went in full time and the rest was history.

He has to be. LSU fans are not going to tolerate many more exhibitions like Leavitt as put on the last two games. First game wasn't much better. LSU wants a QB that can throw. Leavitt is a panic scrambling QB, and he is pretty good at it, but that style of QBing will not win anything. LSU cannot win with Leavitt and I knew it after watching the Clemson game. He simply doesn't have the requisite skills to be a top SEC QB. Move on to Clark and let Leavitt walk if he wants at the end of the year. Pop is way better and much more like Chambliss coming in next year anyway.
