Did anybody know it was going to storm bad like that for our game opener that night or was that a pop up storm that grew to a monster unexpectedly?

I believe it was a few pop up cells that hit right behind each other.

This one should be different. It’ll clear out around 7

I would think they would be more inclined to cancel a McNeese State game then Clemson

They’ll just move the game to a noon kickoff tomorrow

Ok, after the first series of the McNeese game, a large cell formed and stayed of BR for about an hour.

They could have re-started that game, but another large cell coming in from Hammond was going to hit BR in about an hour. It would have put the game re-starting somewhere near midnight.

Since it was McNeese, it was cancelled. Tonight is different. This cell that should be hitting BR right about now is the last cell. We just have to wait and see how long the lighting will last, but I don't see the game starting later than 9.

I was at the Oregon State game in 2004. We had a massive downpour and lightning show, but the game was played.

That night was 30% chance of rain. I was standing in ankle deep water when the game was called

Dabo would have his team on the red eye out of here!

What a terrible experience that was

Remember running to my girlfriend's west campus apartments from the stadium absolutely drenched in a downpour. That shite did not stop.

I was at that game as well. My son was in the Tiger band. It was pretty sloppy for them.

You couldn't see the other side of the field during pre-game. A foot of water in the corridors.
