When are you knuckleheads going to realize that recruits don’t base their decisions on game results in a single year?
It matters when a program dominates another over a period of time, but not one season.
You could argue that the LSU v UGA game last year played a HUGE role in flipping John Emery. A single game flipped a 5 star prospect. Consistent dominance pays huge dividends in recruiting but singular game results can play their part as well.

For those who dont realize that Mark Richt had more talent than Kirby, here is the facts.
From 2001-2014, Georgia had 79 NFL Draftees and 12 first rounders. More than Alabama, Florida, USC, etc. The only school ahead of them during that time was LSU.
Maybe you know these names:
Matthew Stafford
Knowshon Moreno
Leonard Pope
DJ Shockley
Thomas Davis
Ben Watson
AJ Green
Todd Gurley
Alec Ogletree
Brandon Boykin
Akeem Dent
John Stinchcomb
Charles Grant
This list goes on and on....

They were in the title game two years ago and should have won and they were a bonehead fake punt away from going back to the playoffs last year. They're a top 5 program right now.
Dont bring common sense ITT, I love seeing all the theories of how much cash Kirbs is slinging to the teens.

We had a lot of good players but then you go look at the offensive and defensive lines and you will notice a glaring issue with Mark Richts tenure. Skill position guys are great but we never had the bodies up front or the depth to compete with the best teams.

Zachary Evans
Evans is a very athletic player. From a physical point he has all the tools to step into a college program and be dominate. I've watched his video highlights many times over and there is one thing that I do question about his potential at the next level, his vision.
At first glance he seems to have excellent vision, but he doesn't always make the right read and cut. Several times he went to the wrong hole but he has such great athletic ability he can still get yards. There's going to be an adjustment when he gets to college. He will have to learn which holes he can get yards and which he can't. He won't be able to get away with bad reads in college like he does in HS.
That was one thing that impressed me so much with John Emery jr. Watching Emery jr. he almost always made the right reads and cuts.
A lot of people don't understand just how important it is to have that superior vision. Possessing that type vision makes a great difference in how successful a RB will be. That vision and making the correct reads and cuts can enable a slower back to get just as many yards as the super athletic back who does not have that vision.
