We won't end up with the class we thought we were going to have.
Not only is this pessimistic, but this is uneducated.

The coaches are obviously hoping for something similar, or more-so at this point. If not, we might see a record amount of gray-shirts
Well I think it is safe to assume that some of the CB/WR tweeners will transfer.
Is it possible for someone like a walk on who received a scholarship later in their tenure have it removed?

Which walk-ons (that weren't kickers) have a scholarship right now besides Caleb Angelle (who's a senior anyways) and Andrew Hatch?

I agree...
I'm seeing the class to finish as follows:
WR- Randle or Brown
WR- Debose
OL-XSF (2010)
DT- McFarland
DE- E.Stinson
LB- Mingo
LB- Jones
S- Loston
WR- Benton (2008)
seems like too many, but the coaches can make it work...other coaches have already made the blueprint to follow to make it happen... Thats some serius star power as well, and this years class combined with last years gives us a serious talent and upgrade in athleticism

I'd say, realistically after attrition and all:
Stinson
Loston
Randle
Debose
Jones or Telfort(he could possibly also fill the other safety spot but I believe we get one or the other if not both)
Mingo(If we don't get Stinson I believe LSU will go after Telfort really hard for his spot since Mingo can be converted to DE and Telfort can fit 2 needs in this class. Same with Mingo, can fill LB/DE need)
Benton(will count for last years class)
XSF(won't count against us)
The bigger question is Debose waiting on to see if Randle is coming here or not and how that will affect his decision. They are completely different receivers and have different roles in the offense but one or the other might steer someone away. So if LSU gets Randle, Debose might look elsewhere and could be why he hasn't announced his decision public yet. But I could definitely seeing them taking Bell, Debose, Randle as its pretty well known they want 3 in this class and Benton is still a wild card for the staff.

The only thing I see wrong with his list is Mcfarland, I doubt he comes here. Nothing is really wrong with his list, he didn't say both Brown/Randle, he said one or the other. At one point we were believed to be in the lead for Brown and it could be our fallback option if Randle/Benton don't make it here. Benton and XSF likely won't count against this class and I think we're going to have a few greyshirts as well. That is basically signing 25 after attrition (27 with Benton/XSF). So yea, I don't see why anyone is going crazy over his list.
Everybody on his list except for maybe Brown/Mcfarland LSU has a great shot at landing. And Mcfarland is still not really known who hes leaning to, although recently it appears Texas.

McFarland is just as much LSU as he is Texas at this point.
I actually thought his list was pretty good except I'd take Brown off of there completely. I think we have a better shot at Kelly than Brown.
