Each recruit gets 5, and I believe he is coming on the 13th or 20th. Those two weekends will be huge

Philips or Gay? 247 shows Philips already had 5 visits. Is it an unofficial? If so that's a big deal, visiting a school on your own dime (really his parents) just before NSD.
